Paul Chunyk is a Tacoma native with deep roots in the community. Recently, he lived in San Diego, where he spent a decade practicing real estate. Before moving to San Diego, Paul attended Arizona State University, where he worked for Grubb & Ellis BRE specializing in the lease and sale of retail and office space. After moving to San Diego, he worked for another commercial real estate company, Marcus & Millichap, where his specialty was Senior Housing (skilled nursing and assisted living) throughout the western United States. In 2009, Paul decided that he wanted a more personal relationship with his clients and started CA Realty Group. In 2016 Paul and his agents joined Pacific Sotheby as the Chunyk Group. In 2019, he moved back to his hometown of Tacoma with Morrison House Sotheby as the managing broker.
